摘要：Topological semimetals have attracted widespread attentions in condensed matter physics. They are characterized by topologically protected band degeneracy in the Brillouin zone. Among them are Weyl semimetals and nodal-line semimetals. In this talk, I will give a brief introduction to these novel materials, and then talk about our recent proposal of “nodal-link semimetals”, which host topologically linked nodal rings in the Brillouin zone. 汪忠于2011年毕业于中国科技大学近代物理系，获博士学位。2011年3月至2015年11月任清华大学高等研究院副研究员，2015年12月至今任研究员。主要研究方向为凝聚态物理中的拓扑物态和拓扑现象。
