摘要：

In this talk, I will discuss two classes of gapped quantum phases: crystalline symmetry protected topological (cSPT) phases and fracton phases. For cSPT phases, I will explain the dimensional reduction picture, showing why cSPT phases can be understood in terms of lower-dimensional on-site symmetry protected topological phases. Examples are provided to illustrate how this general picture can be applied for classifying and characterizing both bosonic and fermionic cSPT phases. For fracton phases, I will introduce two families of gapped exactly solvable three-dimensional models, which we constructed and where we discovered non-Abelian fracton orders. Finally, I will report some of our recent progresses on generalized fermi liquids and the characterization of different fracton phases.

宋昊，2009年本科毕业于南京大学9001cc.s金沙登录，获学士学位。2015年12月博士研究生毕业于美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校，获理论物理学博士学位。2016-2019年以及2019年至今分别在西班牙马德里大学及加拿大麦克马斯特大学从事博士后研究。研究方向为凝聚态物理和拓扑量子计算理论。代表工作有Topological phases protected by point group symmetry, PRX 7, 011020 (2017); Building crystalline topological phases from lower-dimensional states, PRB 96, 205106 (2017); Twisted fracton models in three dimensions, PRB 99, 155118 (2019); Cage-net fracton models, PRX 9, 021010 (2019).
